Using your organisation account
Sign in uses your existing company Microsoft account — the same email and password you use for Outlook and Teams. No separate Finance Portal password is required. If you experience issues, please contact your IT helpdesk.
Frequently Asked Questions
To access the Finance Portal for the first time, you need an invitation code.
- Submit a ticket via https://greenvolt.freshservice.com/support/home
- You'll receive an email with a link and an invitation code
- Click the link and use your Greenvolt Account to register in the portal
Note: Codes expire after a short period. If your code no longer works, request a new one.
No. The Finance Portal uses Single Sign-On (SSO) via your organisation's Microsoft account. Use your standard work email and password — no additional registration is needed.
Account lockouts are managed by your IT department. Please contact the IT helpdesk to reset your password or unlock your account. Once resolved, you can return here and sign in normally.
On smaller screens the sidebar may be collapsed. Look for a menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner and click it to expand the navigation panel, then scroll to the bottom to find the sign-in link.
If you're unable to approve a request, work through this checklist first:
- Confirm you have the correct approval permissions
- Check if the request is still in Pending Approval status
- Log out and back in again
- Clear your browser cache
- Raise a ticket with the request number (e.g. PR-003546)
- Include a screenshot of the error if possible
- If you're on leave, request a substitute approver via Freshservice in advance to be added to the workflow
To update an existing Business Partner's details:
- Access the Finance Portal
- Go to Business Partners
- Search for the BP using the SAP number or name
- Select Update
- Fill in the fields that need changes
- Upload supporting documents (e.g. updated bank certificate in PDF, dated within 6 months)
- Submit the request
Note: If the BP exists in SAP but not in the portal, contact the Master Data team.
For urgent updates (e.g. blocked payments), mark the ticket as High Priority.
